Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This is a gem of a property, located in a secluded no through road on the edge of town, within walking distance of a beautiful historic Church and a range of amenities including a very popular Tesco convenience store.

The garden and plot is worthy of particular mention – the levels of seclusion, privacy and maturity are excellent and the ease of maintenance is enhanced by a good level plot. There is ample off road parking to the front.

Inside there is lots of space, with the overall square footage extending to circa 1435. The presentation is particularly impressive with excellent dιcor and good quality bathrooms and kitchen. There is great flexibility. The current layout incorporates three reception rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If preferred, the current dining room could be utilised as a third bedroom.
This super dormer bungalow offers amazing value for money and is in super condition.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
