Enjoying the best plot in the development with excellent size fully landscaped L shape garden and appealing aspect – a wonderful new build six bedroom, four bathroom detached house – no chain
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

When purchasing a house in a new development, it is always ideal to land the best plot. Within Greenridge Court, a lovely cul de sac of just three top quality new build houses, this is the prime position. Located at the top right of the development, the garden is, by modern house standards, a really large one. It is L shaped and adjoins to the rear garden of an adjoining property so is really private and mature.

The development comprises just three detached houses, each extending to 2759 square feet and with a double garage, off road parking and landscaped gardens. This particular house is located at the front top right of the development.
The houses pack a real punch in terms of square footage and the accommodation is spread over three floors. Whilst technically six bedroom units, with the modern trend of working from home on the increase, it is likely that at least one of these rooms will be repurposed as a luxurious home office. Indeed, such is the extensive array of rooms, that a huge variety of different ways that each room could be utilised.
The layout is excellent with the ground floor strikingly designed and perfectly aligned with modern day living requirements. In addition to two reception rooms (one with wood burning stove) there is a stunning open plan kitchen / dining / family room that extends to 29’6 x 22’11. This will be the hub of family life and opens on to and overlooks the garden. The master bedroom has a number of key features. Firstly the plug sockets have been placed in such a way that there is room for a king size bed. There is also a feature wall behind which there is space for an array of wardrobes. As for the en suite, ‘wow’ is the only word!
The quality throughout is proven by virtue of an ‘Advantage’ structural guarantee.

Amor Homes are a well established development company with a keen eye for detail and an excellent track record. Their policy of only taking on manageable sites of a certain size means that their attention to detail and build quality are industry leading. The internal finish, quality of landscaping and intelligent layouts will impress all interested parties.
